Gluten free CHOCOLATE Jowar cake

1. Seive dry ingrediants[1 cup jowar atta, 4 tblsp coca powder, 1 tsp baking powder]

2. Mix to Paste all wet ingrediants[ 1/2 cup jagiri for lower level of sweetness Or

1 cup jagiri for normal sweetness , 4 tblsp thick cow ghee , 1/2 cup curd, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence]

3. Batter[Mix dry and wet ingredients and add 1/2 cup milk (adjust as needed to make batter dripping consistency)]

4. Bake at 180degrees for 40minutes in a preheated oven
